To create a custom Inbox, all you need to do is select the filter you want to add to a particular view.
For example: Set filters to ’Status is open’, ‘’Type is Facebook Comments’, ’Team Member is Joe’.
Once you set these filters, you’ll see the conversations that are true for the filters defined by you.
Now, to save this particular view with all the selected filters, simply click on ’Save Inbox’ from the top of your screen.
Give your Inbox a name that’s easily recognizable by you and your team. For example: “Open Facebook Comments Assigned to Joe”
Once done, you can choose to share the saved inbox with your team so they have access to the same too. To do so, check the ’Share with team’ option.
Now click on Save New Inbox and you’re done! You’ll see this saved Inbox on the left side navigation pane under the ‘All Inbox’ dropdown.
You can also go ahead and hide the saved Inboxes from the ‘Manage Inbox’ option.
