These are the filters in the Engage Inbox that you can toggle to fine-tune what you see.
This is the default filter that can not be turned off. The status of a message is always 'Open' or ‘Closed'
The Profile filter lets you select the profile that you want to see the messages for. You can select multiple profiles by re-applying the filter
The Type filter lets you select the type of messages you want to see. You can select from the following types:
- Facebook Comments
- Facebook Messages
- Facebook Rating
- Facebook Rating Comments
- Google Reviews
- Instagram Comments
- Twitter DMs
- Twitter Keywords
- Twitter Mentions
- LinkedIn Comments
You can select multiple types of messages by re-applying the filter.
- Team Member:
This lets you filter messages that are assigned to specific Team Members. It’s a great way to check the open conversations for a specific support agent and track performance.
