You can manage your Twitter DMs from the Engage Inbox. To do so, click on the Engage icon from the left navigation pane.
Here, you can set the filters to view only your Twitter DMs. All you need to do is set the filter ’Status is open’, Profile is “your Twitter profile” and ‘’Type is Twitter DMs’.
Once you set these filters, you’ll only see your DMs on Twitter. Each of these DMs will be visible as a separate conversation. You can choose to reply to these conversations, ignore them by setting the status to ‘close’ or assign it to a team member (if you have added any)
You can also save this view to easily access it with just a click. To save this particular view with all the selected filters, simply click on ’Save Inbox’ from the top of your screen.
Give your Inbox a name that’s easily recognizable by you and your team. For example: “My Twitter DMs”
Once done, you can choose to share the saved inbox with your team so they have access to the same too. To do so, check the ’Share with team’ option.
Now click on Save New Inbox and you’re done! You’ll see this saved Inbox on the left side navigation pane under the ‘All Inbox’ dropdown.
You can also go ahead and hide the saved Inboxes from the ‘Manage Inbox’ option.
