Targeting options for LinkedIn Company Pages let you select specific user sets who will be able to see your posts in their feeds or on the Page's timeline. The posts will be hidden from the audience outside the target user set.
LinkedIn Pages must have at least 300 followers per selected targeting option to successfully publish a targeted post to that audience. For example, to target "CEOs in Asia”, your page must have at least 300 followers who live in Asia and are CEOs.
To apply LinkedIn Page targeting
- Open Compose and choose your LinkedIn Page(s) to publish posts to
- Click in Audience Targeting button from the bottom bar and choose LinkedIn
- Enter targeting parameters into each field, select them from the list and Apply
The options for Facebook are
- Job Function
- Seniority Level
- Company Size
Note: Your target audience must be at least 300 followers, and selecting multiple parameters will narrow your audience further.

LinkedIn always returns 0 if the reach is under 300.
