Access Permissions
When you add profiles & create profile groups in Statusbrew, you can control who gets access to what features for that specific profile & profile group.
The following permission can be set for a Profile/Profile Group:
- All - Provides the users all of the above-mentioned accesses
- Engage Full Access - Provides users the access to view, assign, reply, close conversations, & leave internal notes in Engage
- View Conversations - Provides users access to only view conversations in Engage
- Full Publishing - Provides users full authority to create posts, schedule & publish them on their own
- Create Post (Needs Approval) - Provides users the ability to create posts but they can only be published on approval
- View Planner - Provides the users the access only to view scheduled and published posts
- Create Reports - Provides users the access to create reports
Using Permissions with Profile & User Groups
Onboarding a new user to Statusbrew is now easier than ever. Instead of setting up each individual access and permissions, you can now simply add the new user to a user group, and you are done. All your pre-defined settings and access for that user group will automatically apply for the new users. Similarly, when you add a new social profile, you can simply add the new profile into a pre-configured profile group and you are good to go. The new profile will work as per the access set-up for that particular profile group.
