How Does Collision Detection Work In Statusbrew?
If any of your team members are replying to a message or adding a note to a conversation in Engage, Statusbrew displays a notification in real-time so that you can avoid sending duplicate or conflicting responses to the same message.
You get a bubble with the Profile Avatar of the team member along with the Typing Awareness Indicator in the stream of messages in Engage and on the conversation level as well. Once the message has been replied to, the Profile Avatar will minimize automatically.
