Statusbrew Planner enables you to visualize a complete timeline of all your scheduled or published posts and manage individual posts/campaigns in a collaborative manner.
Note:
Statusbrew not only maintains a record of all the posts sent out via the platform but also fetches posts published outside of Statusbrew.
This article will walk you through the Planner to help you:
From your Statusbrew dashboard, click on Planner.
1. Viewing content in Planner
Statusbrew’s Planner offers two separate views: List and Calendar (week and month view). Toggle between these from the top-right of the Planner.
From the top of the Planner, you can easily customize the date range and filter the content in these views for better navigation.
Date Range
You can customize the date range and view all your content in Planner by using the arrows at the top of the Planner. By default, it is set to:
- 14 days starting today for List view
- Current week starting last Sunday for Week view
- Current month starting 1st of each month
Click on the arrows beside the < date range > to go back or forward.
You can click on Today to come to the current date's posts at any point.
Filtering Posts
From the top left corner of the Planner, you can apply multiple filters for better navigation inside the Planner. Filter the posts by:
- Profile - View posts for a particular social profile such as Facebook, Instagram, etc
- Profile Groups - View posts for a particular social profile group
- Created By - View posts created by a particular member of your team
- Approved By - View posts approved by a particular member of your team
- Tags - View posts on the basis of tag applied
- Post Type - View posts with Text, Photo, GIF, Link, Video, etc
- Post Status - View posts with Needs Approval, Rejected, Published, Scheduled, Failed, or Drafts status
These filters work in all the Planner views.
2. Managing content in Planner
List View
List view is best when you want a good sense of the order in which your posts will be published.
This view will clearly display the status of the posts. On the left of each post, the colored icons represent the status of each post:
- Needs Approval -
- Published -
- Failed -
- Scheduled -
- Rejected -
- Past Reminders -
- Draft -
Note:
Learn in detail about Post Type and Status.
List view is divided into two parts - Needs Review and All Posts.
- Under Needs Review, you can always see Posts that need your attention, such as Needs Approval, Rejected or pending Drafts. This section is visible when corresponding posts are available, and otherwise hidden.
- Whereas, under All Posts, you can see the Published, Scheduled, and Failed posts for the defined date range in chronological order.
You can click on any post to open its detailed view. The detailed view of the post shows the status, scheduled time (via category or custom time) with the creator name, profile for which it is scheduled, post preview, post content, tags, followers of the post, and history of team activity actions on that post.
Note:
In the detailed view of the published posts, the performance metrics of the posts are shown as well.
