Creating a Saved Reply
Any user that is a part of the Statusbrew space can create, edit, or delete Saved Replies.
To create a Saved Reply,
- From your Statusbrew Home and click on Settings
- Click on Saved Replies
- Click on 'Add Saved Reply' button in the top right corner and give it a recognizable Reply Name
- Craft/paste a reply in the 'What is Your Common Reply' field
- Choose to Share with all users or not. If not, the reply will only be visible to you so you can create your personal saved replies list
- Click on Submit to create the saved reply
You can also add name placeholders to your Saved Replies. The templates for the same are given in the hint; you just simply have to copy and paste. If a Saved Reply contains a placeholder {{first_name}} {{last_name}} {{name}}, it will automatically be replaced by the recipient’s name (or Twitter/Instagram username) when used.

Using Saved Replies in Engage
Using saved replies will save you a lot of effort and help avoid redundancy.
To use a Saved Reply in Engage,
- Open any conversation that you'd like to reply
- In the reply field at the bottom, click on the Saved Replies icon
- From here you can search for your Saved Replies
- Click on the Saved Reply to insert it in the reply box and click on Reply to respond to the conversation
You can also use the keyboard shortcut 's' to quickly insert Saved Replies into your conversations. Click on any conversation in Engage and press 's,' and the Saved Replies dialog will automatically open.
Manage Saved Replies
To manage Saved Replies,
- Go to Saved Replies from Settings
- Click on the three dots beside the rule you want to edit
- Now click on Edit
- Make all the desired changes and click on submit to update the saved reply
- Also, you can click on the Pause button if you want to suspend a reply temporarily
Alternatively, you can manage your saved replies from Engage. You can do this by -
- Open any conversation in Engage and click on the Saved Replies icon in the reply box
- Click on the Manage button to make edits
