Working with multiple profiles and having hundreds of comments coming in each day can create a lot of chaos in your Engage inbox. To help you sort out the conversations according to your priority and convenience, we have provided a very handy solution. You can create different custom Inboxes that can be accessed with a single click.
Your saved inboxes can be found on the left nav pane of your Engage screen.
Before you continue, make sure you have read the following,
Creating A Custom Inbox View
Statusbrew's Engage inbox allows you to create a custom inbox for better management and navigation.
To create a Custom Inbox,

Select the filters you want to add to a particular view
For instance, if you want to track certain queries on Twitter regarding a campaign you're running, you can add Brand Keywords for your campaign, then set the filters to 'Profile is Twitter,' 'Type is Twitter Mentions,'' AND 'Keyword is {Campaign Keywords}.' Read more about Filters here - To save this particular view with all the selected filters, click on' Save Inbox' from the top of your screen
- Give your Inbox a name that's easily recognizable by you and your team. For example: "Twitter Mentions Valeria"
- The inbox is only visible to you, unless you select the visible to all option, or enter Users/User Groups to share your custom inbox
- Now click on Save New Inbox, and you're done! You'll see this saved Inbox on the left side navigation pane under the 'Inbox' dropdown
Managing Saved Inboxes
You can re-arrange your saved inboxes from the by clicking and dragging any particular inbox up or down in the list.
Click on the three-dot menu to Make Hidden, Edit, and Delete options.
You can change an already hidden inbox back to visible. Click at the three-dot icon at the end of the inbox list to view hidden inboxes.

Note:
Edit option gives you the option to change the inbox name and customize the visibility. System generated inboxes can not be edited.
