Statusbrew Notifications

  • Conversation assigned to you
  • Activity on the assigned conversation
  • Mention anywhere in Statusbrew

Customized Notifications For New Incoming Conversations (Via Rule Engine)

  • Facebook: Comments, Ad Comments, Messages, Mentions, Recommendations and Visitor Post
  • Instagram: Messages, Media Tagged, Comments, Ad Comments, & Mentions.
  • Twitter: Mentions, Messages, Retweets, & Quoted Tweets.
  • LinkedIn: Comments and Mentions
  • YouTube: Comments.
  • Google My Business: Questions & Reviews.
  • Appstore: Reviews
  • Playstore: Reviews
  • Line: Messages
  • Whatsapp: Messages

Tip:
These notifications can also be customized in the Rule Engine by Message Content, Media attachments, Links Count, Message Mentions Count, Story Mentions, Engage Inbox, Sentiment, Language, Post Text, Post Tags, Contact Tags, Contact Names, Twitter Verified and Twitter Followers.

Troubleshooting Engage Notifications

If you are not getting any Browser notifications for your conversations & in-conversation activities, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot. 

  • While you're in the Engage inbox, click on the lock icon next to the URL bar & ensure that notifications are allowed. Reload your browser once you update your settings.

  • Additionally, you can also navigate to site settings and enable notifications from the menu. 
    • Step 1 - Click the Lock Icon

    • Step 2 - Go to the Site Settings
    • Step 3 - Select Allow for Notifications in the Permissions
