Whenever you receive any conversation on your connected social profile, Statusbrew syncs it and adds it to your unified inbox in Engage. Not just that, Statusbrew also pulls the social contact & profile details of the particular audience and displays it in the contact sidebar. Each threaded conversation has its contact sidebar displayed on the right.
The CRM feature in Statusbrew logs all the contact information in an accessible directory. You can view a list of people who have interacted with your social media profiles, along with their contact information, tags, and more.
CRM in Statusbrew can store the following contact information:
- Contact Info
Under the Contact Sidebar, the first thing you'll notice are the user details such as the name of the user and the profile picture. In the case of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, clicking on the user's name will take you directly to the user's social profile. - Conversation History
Beneath the user details, you'll see the conversation history between you and your customer; you can click on any conversation to directly jump to it. - Contact Notes
The Contact Sidebar gives you a dedicated space to add notes and mention users and user groups to get them up to speed on the contact - Contact Tags
Contact Sidebar also allows you to add tags to your contacts. Adding Tags to your contacts makes it easier to segment contacts based on their current stage in the sales or marketing funnel. - Contact Details
This section allows you to add relevant details for your contacts such as name, email, and phone number.

How to Access CRM in Statusbrew
Steps to view the CRM directory in Statusbrew are:
- Click on the Home button in the top left of your screen to open Statusbrew Home and click on CRM
- You'll be presented with the list of all your social contacts
- Here, you can scroll the list, and click on any contact to view the details

You can also use quick filters in CRM to look for certain contacts. Filters available in CRM are:
- Name
- Phone
- Tag
