- From the top bar, click on "Add Filter" and select the Filter "Type" is "Facebook Ratings"
- You can now easily like the review, reply to it or assign it to a different team member

- From the top bar, click on "Add Filter" and select the filter "Rating with Comments"
- Select "true" to view Google reviews with comments
