Statusbrew provides the facility to reply to posts and comments on your brand profile with a private reply. If you can't get it working, it may be due to some restrictions applied by Facebook.
Here are the possible reasons why you might not be able to reply to comments and posts with a private message on Facebook:
- Facebook only allows you to respond privately within 7 days of the date the user post or comment is created
- You can only reply with a private message to a post or comment only once.
- Private replies are only allowed on public comments and timeline posts based on the user's privacy settings
- Facebook allows a private reply only for text posts and comments. You can not reply with a private message to a photo comment, reviews, or more.
