In certain rare cases, you might not be able to see any results for your keyword search using Brand Keywords in Engage. This may occur if too many keywords & Twitter search operators are combined in a single search. In such cases, searches are limited by Twiter due to complexity.
What should you do in such cases?
If your keyword search is not able to return any results:
- Try modifying your keyword/operator string to reduce complexity or specificity
- Break down your search query into smaller search queries and then use filters in Engage to combine the incoming conversations.
- If you've added certain keywords in the 'Ignore Keywords' filed, try removing those keywords, as Twitter throws an error regarding those as well
