Every Statusbrew space has different user types with varying levels of access.
The Primary Owner is the user who creates the organization and has complete authority over administrative features like billing, account settings, organization settings, and other owners. A Primary Owner can transfer ownership to another team user and even promote others to ownership roles. He can also manage the users and user groups on the platform.
An Owner in Statusbrew has control over billing features and organization settings for a particular organization in Statusbrew. Any owner can promote users to admin roles and owner roles for better management of that particular organization and its users.
Owners can invite new team members and archive existing ones, along with managing user groups.
There can be only one primary owner for any organizations but multiple owners for the same organization can be created.
The Admin role grants full access to a user for all the features in the workspace except the ability to manage billing & invite and manage users/user groups or promote users to ownership roles. They will have access to all the social profiles by default.
Teammates onboarded to Statusbrew are set up with a regular user account. Depending on their roles in the organization's workflow, Primary owner and owners can add them to User Groups and configure their access to certain profiles/profile groups in Statusbrew. Their access and permissions can be limited to specific social profiles.
