Every Statusbrew space has different user types with varying levels of access.
Primary Owner
The Primary Owner is the user who creates the organization and has complete authority over administrative features like billing, account settings, organization settings, and other owners. A Primary Owner can transfer ownership to another team user and even promote others to ownership roles.
Owner
An Owner in Statusbrew has control over billing features and organization settings for a particular organization in Statusbrew. Unlike the Primary Owner, an Owner cannot promote other users to ownership roles or manage other owners of an organization. Any owner can promote users to admin roles for better management of that particular organization and its users.
To deactivate an owner you have to first change their role to an Admin and after that, you will see the option to deactivate the user. The only primary owner can demote an owner.
Note:
There can be only one primary owner for any organizations but multiple owners for the same organization can be created.
Admin
The Admin role grants full access to a user for all the features in the organization except the ability to manage billing. An Admin can further promote Regular users to the Admin role as well.
Regular User
Teammates onboarded to Statusbrew are set up to a regular user account. Depending on their roles in the organization's workflow, admins can add them to User Groups and configure their access to certain profiles/profile groups in Statusbrew.
