Widgets are finally available in their full stride (in a way our customers always wanted). Widgets will be your magic wand when it comes to creating your own reports. They combine any metric, social network, social profile, and display options you set. Widgets aggregate data both as totals and averages. You can fill your reports with tons of widgets of your choice and customize them in the way you want.
Learn more about Reporting Widgets.
You don't want to spend hours building reports from scratch. So we took it upon ourselves to create some beautiful data-rich reporting templates that address common reporting use cases.
These templates would help you hit the ground running and you can make endless additions & customizations to these templates to make these truly your own.
Dimensions add a layer on top of the available metrics. They help you break down data for different parameters such as social profile, date, actor, conversation type, etc.
For instance, you can select the metric 'Conversation Total Closed' and then choose the dimension as "Social Profile".
This will give you all the conversations closed w.r.t different social profiles over the selected time period. You can add another dimension such as 'Actor" to the same widget. This will give you all the conversations closed by different members of your team w.r.t different social profiles over the selected time period.
Note: Dimensions are metric specific and the number/type of dimensions you might see will vary according to the metric you've selected.
To help you further drill down on data, you can filter down your metrics for your preferred social networks, social profiles, profile groups & more.
For instance, you can select the metric 'Conversation Total Closed' and then choose the filter as "Social Profile" is "Facebook" & another filter "Actor" is(=) "Ryan".
This gives you all the Facebook conversations closed by Ryan over the selected time period.
Note: Filters are metric specific and the number/type of filters you might see will vary according to the metric you've selected.
Exporting & Sharing
Statusbrew lets you export all your Reports, even a single widget report, in a CSV or PDF format. You can find the export option in each Report & widget, by clicking on the three-dot menu.
You can even share a live link to your report with people that don't have access to Statusbrew. All the changes you make to the report will be updated in real-time but the person you shared the link with won't be able to make any change.
All the reports you create can be automatically delivered to your inbox as per your preference. You can set both the timeframe of the Reporting as well as who should receive them. The Scheduled Reports will automatically arrive in your email at your chosen interval.
