Social Profiles & Ad Accounts
Your Statusbrew experience begins when you connect your social profiles. Before you start publishing your first post or responding to comments, it's a good idea to quickly verify the social profiles you've connected.
- From your Statusbrew Dashboard, click on Settings
- Now click on Profiles and review all social profiles you've connected
- If you wish to connect additional social profiles, click on the "+" button
Note:
You must be an admin for a Facebook, Instagram Business, or LinkedIn company page to connect them to Statusbrew.

If you wish to boost Facebook posts and manage Facebook or Instagram Ad comments, you need to connect your Ad account to Statusbrew. To verify the Ad accounts you've connected.
- From your Statusbrew Dashboard, click on Settings
- Now click on Ad Accounts and review all Ad accounts you've connected
- If you wish to connect another Ad account, click on the "+" button

Invite Team Members & Set Up Access
Once you've connected your social profiles, you can then begin inviting your team members.
To invite a new team member,
- From your Statusbrew Dashboard, click on Settings
- Now click on Users and click on the "+" button
It is easy to manage users and provide different levels of access to them based on their responsibilities within the organization.

To ensure your team members have access to the right features & social profiles.
- From your Statusbrew Dashboard, click on Settings
- Now click on Profiles & click on the three-dot menu icon & the edit beside a social profile
- Select the access you want to grant to the team member for the profile by selecting the dropdown. Repeat this for each profile
- Click on update when you're done

Configure Notifications
Statusbrew's real-time notifications tend to simplify your day by providing you with the most important updates on your social channels and the Statusbrew app. To set up notifications,
- Click on the profile avatar at the bottom left of your screen and click on Your Account
- Click on Notification Settings from the left side nav, choose the desired options and click on the Save button
All notifications available can be set for Mobile (push), Email, and Desktop (browser).

Setting Up Tags (Labels)
Statusbrew provides its users with a robust set of custom Content Tagging tools for categorizing the outbound and inbound content from Statusbrew’s Compose and Engage Inbox.
To create a new tag,
- From your Statusbrew Home, click on Settings > Tags
- Now click on the + button
- Enter a tag name and choose the desired color for your tag
- Click on the Add button

Note:
Only admins and owners of a Statusbrew Space can Create, Archive & Edit Tags. Any team member can apply tags.
Setting Up User Groups & Profile Groups
Statusbrew allows you to group users & profiles based on shared characteristics. Grouping users & profiles together allow you to better manage these entities.
To create a new Profile Group,
- From your Statusbrew Home and click on Settings
- In Settings, click on Profile Groups and click on the + button

Enter a Name for the new group

Now in the profiles field, you can search for any profile that's a part of your Statusbrew space and add them to your new Profile Group
- You can configure team member access at a profile group level

To create a user group in Statusbrew,
- From your Statusbrew Home and click on Settings
- In Settings, click on Profile Groups and click on the + button

Start by giving your new User Group a name

Now under the users field, you can search for any user that's a part of your Statusbrew Space and add them to your new User Group

Once you're done adding new users, click on save
