StatusbrewにFacebookページを接続するための要件
FacebookページをStatusbrewに接続するには、2つの要件があります。Facebookページの接続を進める前に、両方の要件が満たされていることを確認してください。
- Facebookページへでのフルコントロールが効くアクセス権を持っている
- Facebookビジネス統合ページでStatusbrewのすべての権限を有効にしている。
要件の理解と確認
1. フルコントロールアクセス - 全ての権限
接続しようとしているFacebookページのフルコントロールアクセスが必要です。すべての権限は、FacebookビジネスページをStatusbrewのようなサードパーティー製ツールに接続するために不可欠です
必要なアクセス権がない場合もご心配なく！フルコントロールのアクセス権を持っている人に連絡を取り、あなたのページをStatusbrewに接続するために依頼をしてください。
1.1 現時点の自分のアクセスレベルを知るには?
以下の簡単な手順で、簡単にアクセスレベルを確認することができます。
- Facebookビジネス設定(https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_users/?)の[ユーザー]セクションに移動します。
- 追加されたすべてのユーザーとそのビジネスアカウントへのアクセス権が表示されます。
- ここで自分のアクセス権をします。部分的なアクセスのみ付与されている場合、あなたは他の人の詳細を見ることはできませんが、あなたは自分に許されたアクセス権限内容を開くことができます。
- 自分の名前をクリックすると、自分の詳細が表示されます。接続しようとしている関連ページへのフルアクセス権を持っているかどうかを確認します。

In case of an existing user with insufficient permissions, a user with full control can upgrade their access by following these steps -
- Meta Business Suiteの設定ページで
- Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings
- Now you can see all the added users and their Business Account Access
- Click on the name of the user (for whom you want to upgrade the access), and a detailed window showing the current level of access will open
- Now you have two options to upgrade the access - (i) you can either provide full control access for the Business account (automatically gives access for all the connected Facebook pages and Instagram accounts) or (ii) for specific Facebook Page
- Click on the Manage button and upgrade the access permissions to Full Control
- Click on the Save button to save the changes
2. Enabling Permissions for Statusbrew in Facebook Business Integrations
Enabling permissions for Statusbrew is essential to allow the platform to fetch the data and perform tasks for social media management. By granting permissions to Statusbrew, you allow the platform to access your Facebook Page data, manage posts, comments, and messages, and gather insights to help you optimize your social media management.
Without the required permissions, Statusbrew may not be able to fully integrate with your Facebook Page, which can cause connection or operational issues.
Note:
- Statusbrew will never publish anything to any of your social pages aside from the content you publish using Statusbrew yourself.
- Please do not uncheck any box and enable ALL the permissions.
- It is absolutely safe to enable all the permissions for Statusbrew, all your data is secure.
2.1) How to enable all the permissions for Statusbrew?

Follow these steps to review and enable all the necessary permissions for Statusbrew, ensuring a seamless connection between your Facebook page and our platform -
- Log in to your Facebook Business account and go to the Business Integrations section (Log in > Click on your profile in the top right corner > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations in the left nav) (Note - If you see an option saying ‘Switch Profile’ - click that to switch the profile)
- Now go to Statusbrew and click on View and edit
- In the dialog box that opens, ensure you have enabled all the permissions
- Make sure you enable permissions for all the pages that you want to connect to Statusbrew)
- Click on Save to update the Settings
2.2) Understanding Permissions Required by Statusbrew
Statusbrew requires you to enable all these permissions to function properly.
- Manage your Business
This permission grants the third-party application access to manage the Facebook Page's business settings, including managing roles and permissions, financial information, and other business-related information. - Access profile and posts from the Instagram account connected to your Page (Access Instagram profile info and posts)
This permission allows the third-party application to access the connected Instagram account's public profile information and posts, including their captions and comments. - Upload media & create posts for the Instagram account connected to your page
This permission enables the third-party application to upload media files and create posts on behalf of the connected Instagram account. - Manage comments for the Instagram account connected to your Page (Manage comments on Instagram posts)
This permission allows the third-party application to manage comments on the connected Instagram account's posts, including deleting comments and hiding inappropriate content. - Access insights for the Instagram account connected to your Page (Access Instagram insights)
This permission grants the third-party application access to the connected Instagram account's analytics, such as engagement metrics, reach, and impressions. - Manage and access Page Conversations on Messenger
This permission enables the third-party application to manage and access conversations on Facebook Messenger for the connected Facebook Page. - Access your Page & App Insights
This permission grants the third-party application access to analytics and insights related to the connected Facebook Page and any apps that it may have installed. - Manage and access messages for the Instagram account connected to your Page
This permission allows the third-party application to manage and access direct messages sent to the connected Instagram account. - Create and manage content on your Page

This permission enables the third-party application to create and manage Facebook ads on behalf of the connected Facebook Page. - Manage accounts, settings, and webhooks for a Page
This permission grants the third-party application access to manage the connected Facebook Page's account settings and webhooks. - Read user content on your Page
This permission allows the third-party application to access and read user-generated content, such as comments and reviews, that have been posted on the connected Facebook Page. - Show a list of the Pages you manage
This permission enables the third-party application to display a list of Facebook Pages that the connected account manages.
Note:
- It's important to ensure that all the permissions are enabled for Statusbrew to function correctly. If any permission is missing or not enabled, you may experience issues or errors while using Statusbrew.

- In case you do not see the list of pages, it means that you have already enabled all the permissions for all the pages. In this scenario, there is no issue with your permissions.
Troubleshooting Tips
In case you’ve met the above-mentioned conditions and still face some issues -
- If you're having trouble connecting your Facebook Page to Statusbrew, try logging out of both Facebook and Statusbrew. Now, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then log in and try to connect your Page again.
- If you're trying to connect to a Facebook group, it won’t be possible. Statusbrew does not support Facebook Groups as of now.
